1. What are cookies?

Cookies are small text files that websites store in the user's browser when they visit the page. They allow the site to remember information between requests or sessions: language preferences, authentication status, etc. Strictly necessary cookies are those without which the service requested by the user cannot be provided correctly.

Avyron does not use Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, Hotjar or any third-party analytics or advertising tools other than Google Ads. Visit metrics come from Vercel Analytics, which at the date of this policy works without cookies or persistent identifiers. If you reject cookies, the Google Ads tag runs in its consent-denied mode: it sets no cookies in your browser and only sends cookieless signals to Google.

3. Legal basis

The necessary technical cookies (NEXT_LOCALE, avyron_consent, cf_session and ds_session) are exempt from consent under article 22.2 of the Spanish LSSI-CE (Law 34/2002), which transposes the ePrivacy Directive (2002/58/EC).

Google Ads advertising cookies and the storage of where your visit came from are only used if you give your consent in the banner (art. 22.2 LSSI-CE and art. 6.1.a GDPR). You can withdraw it at any time from "Cookie settings" in the footer, as easily as you gave it.

4. How to manage and delete cookies

You can change your choice at any time from "Cookie settings" in the footer of every page. You can also delete or block cookies in your browser settings: blocking NEXT_LOCALE may stop the site from remembering your language, and blocking session cookies prevents access to the private areas (/admin, /despacho).

5. Updates to this policy

Avyron may update this policy if new features are added that require additional cookies. In that case, the policy will be updated before implementation and, if the new cookies are not strictly necessary, prior user consent will be requested through the appropriate mechanism.
