Before you claim,
find out if you have a case.
We analyse your flight under EC 261/2004 and tell you in 2 minutes whether you may be entitled to compensation, how much you could claim and your real probability of success.
You decide what to do with that information. No intermediaries. No percentages. No fine print.
This is what you get in 2 minutes
Concrete, legally grounded information so you know exactly where you stand before taking any step.

Analizar mi casoWe are not what you already know
Claims managers handle your claim and take 25–35% of your compensation. Avyron does something different: it gives you the information so you can decide.
| Claims managers (AirHelp, ClaimCompass, etc.) | Avyron Decision engine | |
|---|---|---|
| Do they tell you if you have a case? | Sometimes, days later | Yes, in 2 minutes |
| Cost | 25–35% of your compensation | Free. Always. |
| Do they manage the claim? | Yes (you give up control) | No. You decide. |
| Do they explain why you have a case? | Rarely | Yes, with legal basis |
| Do they evaluate abusive rejections? | Only if they accept the case | Yes, always |
| Whose side are they on? | Their own benefit | Yours only |

Step-by-step plan
What to do, in what order, with the forms and deadlines for each stage.
Nothing else
We don't ask for payment details. We don't subscribe you to anything. We don't call you afterwards.
When does EC 261/2004 apply?
On flights within and departing from the European Union, UK and Switzerland, in three situations:
Delay ≥ 3h
You arrived at your final destination 3 or more hours late compared to the scheduled time.
Cancellation < 14 days
Your flight was cancelled less than 14 days in advance without documented extraordinary circumstances.
Denied boarding
You were not allowed to board due to overbooking or another cause attributable to the airline.
